چکیده
The effect of four insecticides including abamectin, emamectin benzoate, acetamiprid and flubendiamid was investigated on the adult stage of T. brassicae at laboratory conditions. Parasitoids were reared on the eggs of Sitotroga cerealella at the laboratory under controlled conditions (25±1°C, 65±10% RH and 16:8 h L:D). T. brassicae adults were exposed to LC25 concentration of insecticides in glass tubes for 24 hours. Distilled water was used as control. Daily fecundity of survived wasps was measured individually parasitizing 40 eggs of S. cerealella in glass tubes for four days after treatment. Corrected mortality was calculated as 80, 65, 60.01 and 50 percent in abamectin, emamectin benzoate, acetamiprid and flubendiamid treatments, respectively. Parasitism reduction rate in the same treatments was recorded as 25.95±1.01, 18.75±0.42, 12.75±0.33 and 9.36±0.40 percent, respectively, compared with that of control. The results showed that flubendiamid had lower toxicity in comparison with other compounds and it could be recommended in integrated pest management programs
