چکیده
Tetranychus urticae Koch, is one of the major pests in greenhouse crops. This cosmopolitan and polyphagous species can cause qualitative and quantitative damage by sucking the plant sap and webbing. A recent survey proved that the effectiveness of registered acaricides on this pest has decreased. Therefore, in order to re-evaluate the efficacy of registered acaricides, an experiment was designed to apply Pestout® 1, 3, 5 and 7.5 ml / L, Danisaraba® 1 ml / L, Dayabon® 8 ml / L, Kanemite® 1 and 1.25 ml / L, Abamectin® 0.6 ml / L, Tondexir® 3 ml / L, Oberon® 3 ml / L and control (water) on motile form of two-spotted spider mite (TSSM) on cucumber cv. Alfred in Pakdasht county. Randomized complete block design was used with three replications to test the above mentioned 12 treatments in Aug-Nov 2018. Sampling of 20 leaves was used to assess the mortality rate of TSSM in each unit 1 day before and 1, 3, 7 and 14 days after treatment. Data was corrected by Henderson-Tilton formula. Mean comparison was performed by Duncan’s multiple range test in SAS software (P<5%). The results revealed that the highest efficiency was related to the Pestout 7.5 with 98.55% mortality 1 day after treatment. However, in the same day of assessment Pestout (3, 5 and 7.5 ml / L), Danisaraba, both rates of Kanemite and Oberon treatments showed more than 87% mortality without any significant differences. On the third day after treatment Kanemite (1.25 ml / L) with 100% mortality was the most efficient acaricide, although, without any significant differences with Pestout (3, 5 and 7.5 ml / L), Danisaraba, Kanemite (1 ml / L), Dayabon, Abamectin and Oberon. In contrast, the lowest efficiency was related to Tondexir with 64% mortality. On the seventh day after treatment, Pestout (7.5 ml / L) had the highest mortality rates (98.31%) and after that Kanemite (1.25 ml / L) (96.26%), Pestout (5 ml / L) (96.17%), Danisaraba (94.30%), Oberon (93.96%), Abamectin (92.21%), Kanemite (1 ml / L) (91.17%) and finally Pestout (3 ml / L) (89.76%) were in the same rank without any significant differences. However, the lowest efficiency with 46% mortality was determined in Tondexir after 7 days. Ultimately, 14 days after treatment, the greatest rate of mortality recorded by Kanemite (1.25 ml / L with 84.6% mortality) and was not statistically different with Pestout (5 and 7.5 ml / L with 80.38 and 82.12% mortality, respectively), Oberon (80.46%) and Danisaraba (79.2%). Therefore, based on results, it can be concluded that Pestout (5 ml / L), Danisaraba, Kanemite (1.25 ml / L) and Oberon can recommend in controlling TSSM through interval on cucumber
