چکیده
The use of chemical pesticides has a significant positive impact on crop yields. Therefore considering the widespread use of chemical pesticides in agriculture, their exceeded residues on agricultural crops is an important issue in agriculture. Apple is a fruit with high consumption in Iran. Usually, several times spraying are done against pests in apple orchards such as codling moth (Cydia pomonella L.) and European red mite (Panonychus ulmi Koch). Therefore, this research is an attempt to study the possible contamination in agricultural pesticides used in apple orchards of Naghadeh region. To this purpose, the residues of Amitraz, Envidor, Ortus, Chloropyrifos, Diazinon and Phosalone in apple were studied. The sampling was done randomly based on statistical calculations. Pesticide residue was measured with HPLC (high Performance Liquid Chromatograph). The data obtained were compared with WHO/FAO and national Maximum Residue Limit (MRL) codex by t-test. The results showed that the studied samples for Diazinon (with mean value 1.302 mg/kg) and Chloropyrifos (with mean value 8.558 mg/kg) based on WHO/FAO and MRL codex respective, had exceeded contamination of pesticides. Therefore, farmers are strongly recommended to use the pesticides based on the instructions given by experts.
