Studying of new acaricide Envidorspeed (SC 24%) (abamectin+spirodiclophen) in comparison with the common acaricides against Eotetranychus hirsti

Eotetranychus hirsti Pritchard & Baker is one of the most important pests of rainfed and irrigated fig trees. The registration of new compounds for controlling pests is essential. Hence, the experiments were performed in Fars, Markazi, Lorestan and Kermanshah provinces based on randomized complete block design with 4 replications during the summer of 2016.The treatments were including Envidorspeed (SC 24%) with two concentration (0.4 and 0.5 ml/l), Hexythiazox (EC 10% Nissoron®) (0.5 ml/l), Bromopropylate (EC 25% Neoron) )(1.5 ml/l) and control (water spraying). In order to determining the time of spraying, 200 leaves were collected randomly from each treatment and in the case of the existence of average 5 active mites under leaves, spraying was done. After spraying, sampling in intervals 3, 7, 14 and 21 days from 30 leaves of the experimental unit was performed and different developmental stages (except eggs) were recorded using streomicroscope. The result in Markazi province showed that the highest efficiency on the seventh day after spraying was 87.87, 83.48, 82.25 and 81.75 for Envidorspeed (0.5 ml/l), Envidorspeed (0.4 ml/l), Hexythiazox (0.5 ml/l) and Bromopropylate (1.5 ml/), respectively. In Fars province on the third day after spraying, the highest efficiency was 87.82±0.60, 87.47±0.96, 86.19±1.49 and 83.40±1.74 for Envidorspeed (0.4 ml/l), Envidorspeed (0.5 ml/l), Hexythiazox (0.5 ml/l) and Bromopropylate (1.5 ml/l), respectively. In Kermanshah province, on the fourteenth day after spraying, the highest efficiency was 99.84±0.05, 99.09±0.32, 98.63±0.44 and 97.26±0.65 for Envidorspeed (0.5 ml/l), Envidorspeed (0.4 ml/l), bromopropylate (1.5 ml/l) and Hexythiazox (0. ml/l ), respectively. Eventually, in Lorestan province on the twenty-first day, the highest efficiency was recorded 72.42±0.54, 70.19±3.44, 65.21±2.00 and 55.53±6.63 for Bromopropylate (1.5 ml/l), Envidorspeed (0.4 ml/l), Hexythiazox (0.5 ml/l) and Envidorspeed (0.5 ml/l), respectively. Considering the main purpose of accomplishment of this experiment, i.e. registration of new acaricide envidorspeed with optimal dose, between two tested doses, envidorspeed (0.4 ml/l) could be recommended.
